About the CBAA
The Columbia Boys Athletic Association is a non-profit organization established in 1949 and chartered in 1952. We offer athletic and recreational opportunity for youth in the 17512 zip code. This includes all of Columbia Borough as well as parts of West Hempfield, East Donegal and Rapho Townships. A town of about 9,000 people, Columbia is located in western Lancaster County on the banks of the Susquehanna River.
Approximately 300 youth ages 5-16 participate in CBAA sports each year.
Our overall goal is to teach teamwork, dependability, and sportsmanship through instruction in the fundamentals of various sports. We stress safety in our equipment. Our registration fee for any sports program is $25.00 for children who live within the borough limits. We stress the 3 R's:
Respect yourself
Respect others
Responsibility for your actions
